Survey Dataset on Intimate Relationship Dependence Among College Students in Beijing

The study was implemented in two waves, yielding a total of 3,574 valid responses, including 1,258 cases in Sample 1 and 2,316 cases in Sample 2. In the data table, each row represents one respondent and each column represents one variable or item.

The dataset mainly includes demographic information, items from a self-developed Intimate Relationship Dependence Scale for university students, items from the SCL-90, and attention-related items. Among them, items 150 to 169 are the self-developed Intimate Relationship Dependence Scale items for university students. Value labels have been assigned to the specific coded values of both the scale items and the demographic variables to indicate the corresponding categories or response options.During data processing, the original questionnaires were screened for validity after being collected through the platform, and invalid responses were removed to form the final dataset.
