The dataset presents the results of National White Stork (Ciconia ciconia Linnaeus, 1758) census in Bulgaria in 2004 - 2005, 2014 - 2015, 2024 – 2025, realized as a part of the VIII International White stork census.
Description
It contains occurrence data of nests of the species and a set of other qualitative and quantitative parameters. The census was organized and coordinated by the Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds / BirdLife Bulgaria in partnership with the Executive Environment Agency - under the Ministry of Environment and Water.
