Spin injection of exciton-polaritons with halide perovskites at room temperature

We investigate the spin preservation in the lower polariton branch of a (PEA)2PbI4 perovskite embedded in a DBR-based optical microcavity under quasi-resonant circularly polarized excitation. Polarization tomography via full Stokes-parameter characterization, detuning-dependent analysis, and power-dependent measurements are performed to demonstrate spin-preserving polariton emission at room temperature The full dataset consists of six complementary datasets organized by figure: Figure 2: PL and reflectivity measurements used to characterize the cavity modes and polariton dispersion.

Figures 3, 4, and Supplementary Figures 4–9: Core polarization tomography and Stokes-parameter measurements performed on three different cavities under quasi-resonant excitation. Lifetime measurement: Time-resolved data used to extract the polariton lifetime. Power-dependent measurements: Input-output curves and linewidth evolution as a function of excitation power, confirming operation in the linear regime.
