Choline compounds are mainly obtained through diet and can also be used as supplements. Many bodily functions require it, including fat metabolism, neurodevelopment, and liver and kidney function. Many evidences show that some choline compounds, such as TMAO, are associated with colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and other common elderly cancers.In order to integrate and analyze numerous research resources and results, as well as evaluate them, literature review, organization, and data information extraction were conducted.
