Description

The worker is bending over at left and smoothing the face of the concrete curb. He is wearing long pants and a cap, but no shirt.

The area around the sidewalk is blocked off with wooden boards. A mailbox is at left, and several automobiles can be seen in the distance at left. At right is an open field with buildings in the background.; Legible signs include, from left to right: "Not for Public Use", "Street Closed", "Dept. of Public Works", "Bureau of Engineering", and "15 Auto Wash".
