Description
The purpose of this study is to explore if Taiwan become APROC in AC. 2000 that any competitive advantage and disadvantage the small and medium businesses will have. Moreover, we also observe distinguished competence they will have and suggest different strategies they should apply.
We also propose suggestions of government policy for small and medium businesses.
