These datasets contains data on perceived barriers and risks, applied risk management strategies, and risk attitude of European insect stakeholders from 11 different countries.
Description
Four separate datasets, considering the different supply chain stages, are included: (1) Rearers, (2) Processors, (3) Insect based feed producers, and (4) Insect based food producers. These datasets contain cleaned survey data from in total 57 insect sector stakeholders (Rearers: 23; Processors: 8; Insect based feed producers: 14; Insect based food producers: 12).
