Carshare trial sites - Liverpool

Council will begin a 12-month trial of carshare in Liverpool with the roll-out 10 carshare spaces in the Liverpool CBD and Holsworthy Railway Station in March 2021.
Description
The purpose of the trial is to test the appetite for carshare in the city centre. The use of carshare has the potential to ease congestion with one vehicle removing up to 10 from the road network as carsharers choose to sell or avoid the purchase of second car, or in some cases any car at all.
Council will review the trial at the end of the 12-month period, considering membership rates and usage, traffic compliance and a carshare policy. Residents and businesses can go to www.goget.com.au/liverpool-council/ for more information about the Liverpool city centre trial and to sign up to the service. The information shows location of carshare sites in the Liverpool city centre and at Holsworthy Train Station.
