Supporting Data for a Physics-Informed Piecewise Quadratic–Delta Model for Sparse Effective-Spectrum Calibration in Photon-Counting X-Ray CT

This dataset provides the supporting data for the manuscript entitled “A Physics-Informed Piecewise Quadratic–Delta Model for Sparse Effective-Spectrum Calibration in Photon-Counting X-Ray CT.” It contains the processed numerical and image data underlying the principal results presented in the manuscript.The dataset consists of three components. Figure_source_data.xlsx contains the numerical source data underlying Figures 5, 6, 7, 10, and 12, including the effective-spectrum estimation results, error analyses, noise-robustness evaluations, and related quantitative metrics.

Dataset.mat contains the processed numerical image matrices used in the beam-hardening correction, PMMA–iodine projection-domain material decomposition, and water–bone projection-domain material decomposition experiments, corresponding to Figures 8, 9, and 11, respectively. The images folder contains PNG versions of the representative experimental images for convenient visualization and comparison.The data in Dataset.mat are stored as MATLAB numerical arrays and can be accessed and analyzed using MATLAB.
