Replication Data for: Vaccination Against COvid-19 in Primary Immunodeficiencies

The dataset contains clinical information of 500 patients with primary immunodeficiencies, including diagnosis, use of medication, laboratory results and disease-related complications. In the VACOPID study patients with primary immunodeficiencies were vaccinated with mRNA-1273 COVID-vaccin and responses were evaluated (antibody and T-cell responses).

In a subgroup of patients a 3rd vaccin was adviced and in all patients a booster vaccination. Also after these vaccinations blood samples were taken for evaluation of antibody response and T-cell responses. The dataset therefore contains data on specific anti-SARS-CoV2 antibodes before and after vaccinations, T-cell responses evaluated by IFN-gamma realease assay at various timepoints, data on neutralzing antibodes / pseudovirus neutralization tests.
