<p dir="ltr">In this post hoc analysis of postmenopausal women from OASIS-1–3 data, elinzanetant improved sleep disturbance vs placebo by Week 1 regardless of baseline Insomnia Severity Index severity.

Description

These improvements were sustained until study end and were greatest in those with more severe baseline Insomnia Severity Index scores. This supports elinzanetant's potential to rapidly improve moderate-to-severe sleep disturbance in postmenopausal women.</p>
