Description
Reads were processed as described in the methods.OTU tablesBeech_ITS_clean.csv (975 KB)Spruce_ITS_clean.csv (1 MB)Trees_ITS.xlsx (5.7 MB)FungiTraits.xlsx (530 KB)including the OTU table of all species for the ITS marker, i.e. Fagus sylvatica and Picea abies.
The OTU tables represent the "cleaned dataset" (see methods for details) after merging replicates and removing host DNA as well as any non-target DNA. Only OTUs with at least 177 bp in length and a match of >85% compared to the UNITE database are included. Separate OTU tables for Fagus sylvatica and Picea abies are further provided ("_cleaned").
