Description
18 male basketball players were studied in the laboratory three times: 1. exercise to 100% maximal heart rate (MHR) 2. reaction time task (choice reaction time (CRT), colors, blue or red) in sitting position (control) 3. exercise to 100% MHR and CRT The measure of feeling state (FS), felt arousal (FA), taken 6 times in all 3 conditions: baseline, 60% MHR, 85% MHR, 100% MHR, termination of exercise, and 3 minutes into rest.
CRT performed only in condition 2 and 3, measures taken 6 times, immediately after FS and FA
