University of North Carolina Greensboro Parasite Collection (Arctos)

The UNCG Parasite Collection is a collection of mammal-associated parasites of regional (North Carolina and the Southeastern U.S.) to national scope.
Description
Holdings are strong for ectoparasites of small mammals from montane ecosystems including the Southern Appalachian Mountains, Southern Rocky Mountains, and sky island ranges of the Great Basin. Most specimens are recent (2020 and after), maintained as fluid- or cryo-preserved lots, and linked to small mammal vouchers in the UNCG Mammal Collection.
