<p>Serum activities of (A) Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), (B) Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), and (C) Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) were measured as biochemical indicators of liver function.
Description
Experimental groups (n = 7 per group) were defined as follows: ND, normal diet (control group); HFD, high-fat diet (Fat) group; Cr10, Cr30, and Cr50, animals receiving crocin at doses of 10, 30, and 50 mg/kg body weight, respectively; Orl, animals treated with orlistat.
Data are presented as mean ± SD. <sup>##</sup> p < 0.01, <sup>###</sup>p < 0.001 compared to the group receiving ND. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001 compared to the HFD.</p>
