Multi-omics profiling of spinal cord in SOD1-ALS mice across disease stages: transcriptomic and proteomic landscape

Spinal cords were collected at multiple time points representing pre‑symptomatic, onset, and progressive stages of the disease. Total RNA and protein were extracted from lumbar spinal cord segments, and transcriptomic analysis was performed using [RNA‑seq / microarray], while proteomic analysis was conducted using [LC‑MS/MS / other method].

Differential expression analysis identified genes and proteins with altered expression between SOD1‑ALS and WT mice over the disease course. These data provide a comprehensive resource for understanding the molecular dynamics underlying ALS progression and for identifying potential therapeutic targets.
