The leafhopper genus Agnesiella was established by Dworakowska in 1970 and Typhlocyba aino Matsumura was assigned as the type species. Here, one new species, Agnesiella (Draberiella) zizhongi Deng, Yang & Yan, sp. nov., is described and illustrated. Agnesiella (Draberiella) farida Dworakowska rec. nov., previously known only from India, is reported from China (Yunnan) for the first time.
An updated species key for Agnesiella from China is provided.
