The agency used these data to produce the annual report "Occupational Radiation Exposure at Commercial Nuclear Power Reactors and Other Facilities." The agency also used these data to examine trends and make comparisons of exposure experience among types of licensees and among l icensees within each type.

This series contains data that is derived from reports filed by approximately 500 licensees in seven categories of Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensees. They are commercial nuclear power reactors; industrial radiographers; fuel processors, fabricators, and reprocessors; manufacturers and distributors of byproduct material; independent spent fuel storage installations; facilities for land disposal of low level waste; and geologic repositories for high level waste.
