Participants were assigned to either a treatment group (n = 7) or a waiting list-control group (n = 7). The treatment group participated in a 12-session EFT-based group intervention, while the control group received no intervention during the study period.The dataset includes:• Group variable (Treatment Group = 1, Control Group =2)• Pretest EMS scores• Posttest EMS scores• One-month follow-up EMS scores• Change score variables calculated from differences between assessment points (e.g., Posttest–Pretest, Follow-up–Pretest, and Follow-up–Posttest)The quantitative data were used to evaluate changes in emotion management skills across measurement occasions and to compare outcomes between the treatment and control groups.No personally identifiable information is included in the dataset.

All participant data were anonymized prior to public sharing.
