This dataset holds bi-weekly measurements of of methane fluxes from long-term experimental warming treatments, using open top chambers, at Latnjajaure Field station, outside Abisko.
Description
The experiment is set up in five plant communities: Dry Heath (HD), Dry Meadow (MD), Mesic Meadow (MM), Wet Meadow (MW) and Tussock Tundra (TT), and has been running since 1993/1994 with the measurements of methane fluxes conducted in 2017 and 2018.
Additional data from bi-weekly measurements on Soil Water Content (SWC) and soil temperature (Tsoil) is also added. Single time measurements of as well as Soil Organic Matter (SOM) content, pH, vegetation height and biomass is also included in the dataset.
