Raw RNA-seq data from PRRSV ZJhz021 pathogenicity study

To investigate the molecular basis underlying the differential pathogenicity between NADC30-like PRRSV strain ZJhz021 and highly pathogenic PRRSV (HP-PRRSV) strain HuN4, comparative transcriptomic sequencing was performed on PBMCs infected with each strain.The dataset comprises three components:Raw gene expression matrix: Raw read count matrix for all samples.Sample metadata: Sample grouping information including treatment group, time point, and biological replicate ID, totaling 51 samples.Differentially expressed gene (DEG) lists: DEGs identified by [DESeq2/edgeR] with thresholds of |log2FoldChange| ≥ [1] and padj < 0.05, provided for each comparison (ZJhz021 vs Mock, HuN4 vs Mock, and ZJhz021 vs HuN4) at each time point.Sequencing platform: Illumina.
