Supplementary tables S1 report the protein identification and quantification from the whole proteomes of adult black garden ants (Lasius niger).
Description
Measurements have been performed in queens, nest-workers and foragers. Supplementary tables S2 and S3 report the proteins that significantly differentiate queens, nest-workers and foragers.
They are associated with their respective contributions to the PCA's axes and their functions found in insect-based literature.
