Rwanda, children in conflict with the law: a case study on juvenile justice, Rwanda and UNICEF's involvement

This case study looks at some of the actions taken by UNICEF and others with regard to children in conflict with the law, i.e., minors held in jails and prisons for their criminal acts with no regard for their educational or psychosocial needs.
