Atlas of gene expression in the Murciano-Granadina goat

We generated a tissue-wide gene expression atlas for adult domestic goats (Capra hircus) using total RNA sequencing.
Description
RNA was extracted from 33 tissues obtained from six adult Murciano-Granadina female goats and sequenced to characterize transcript abundance across tissues. This dataset provides a reference resource for studies of gene function, tissue-specific expression, and comparative genomics in livestock species.
