Data for: Clinical outcomes of individuals with an abnormal chest X-ray but no evidence of TB disease up to two years after participating in a TB prevalence survey in Zambia and South Africa

This study was embedded within the TREATS TB Prevalence survey in the Intensive Diagnostic Phase (IDP) communities. Each row represents participant included in this study.

These were participants from the TREATS TBPS who were eligible for follow-up in the IDP communities. Each row includes socio-demographic characteristics, HIV-status, results of TB-symptom screening, Xray-screening (CAD4TB-score), TB bacteriological test result on sputum (Xpert-Ultra, culture), self-reported symptoms at follow-up, X-ray findings (CAD4TB-score) at follow-up and Xpert-Ultra results on those eligible for sputum submission at follow-up.
