GPM DPR Ku-band Received Power L1B 1.5 hours 5 km V07 (GPM_PRL1KU)

Version 07 is the current version of the data set.
Description
Older versions are no longer available and have been superseded by Version 07. This product contains the calibrated received power from the Ku-band Radar of the Dual-frequency Precipitation Radar (DPR) aboard the core satellite of the Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) mission.
The Ku-radar scan pattern is simpler than that of the Ka-band Radar, and is similar to the TRMM PR. It only has "Normal Scan" (NS) swath consisting of 49 footprints cross-track in a scan and the footprint size is about 5 km in diameter. The scan swath is 245 km.
