The Excel files cover: Outbreak isolates and comparative strains included in the study, Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) observed among outbreak isolates, Genomic features and annotations associated with the Wisconsin outbreak specific regions and deletion in 4 outbreak strains, Antimicrobial resistance features of the outbreak strain detected using ResFams, Virulence-associated features of the outbreak strain detected using the VFDB database, and Antimicrobial susceptibility values.
The text file contain a SNP tree with node names. The XML files contain BEAST input file using cgMLST data, BEAST input file using SNP data.
