XSCAnalyzer_AES Side-Channel Analysis Dataset

Description
This dataset is collected and generated by a self-designed side channel development board, aiming to provide real and reliable raw data support for academic research, algorithm verification, and technical development related to side channel analysis, and to assist in the exploration and innovation of technology in the field of side channel security. The dataset has been collected, organized, and validated, and is available for free public use by research institutions, universities, enterprises, and related researchers.
Users must follow open source standards and indicate the source of the data. The acquisition device is a self-designed side channel development board, and the target board chips are STM32F407 and STM32F303, equipped with a dedicated side channel signal acquisition module. This dataset mainly contains side channel analysis data, with 100000 waveform curves in each group of data.

The waveform curve is saved in. ts format and contains the following header information: header={"NUMBER_TRACES": total number of curves, "NUMBER_SAMPLES": number of sampling points for each curve, "Description": there are xx waveform curves in total}, params={"Plaintext": plaintext, "Ciphertext": ciphertext, "Key": key}, "traces" is the collected data.
