Description

At center, a wide canal being constructed in dirt can be seen. The floor of the canal is leveled and smooth.

In the background at center, a truck sits in the center of the canal beside a large crane. A group of at least eight men are visible near the crane. Two additional men can be seen near a pile of wooden planks and beams in the foreground.

Large panels have been placed along the slopes sides of the channel. In the foreground at left, an open rectangular section with a gate along one side can be seen. In the extreme background at left, a wide road is visible.

Clusters of large bushes can also be seen.
