Dataset on the Effects of CO₂ and Temperature Increase in Low-Temperature Regions on Rice Yield and Nutritional Quality

This dataset comprises open-top chamber (OTC) experiment data conducted in a low-temperature temperate region, investigating the responses of three rice varieties (SH, HJ, LJ) across four climate treatments (CK, eC, eT, eCeT) in terms of photosynthetic physiology, yield, grain nutritional quality, and transcriptomics.
Description
The dataset includes the following components: Photosynthetic Physiological Parameters: including net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (ΦPSII, Fv/Fm, NPQ, qP).
Grain Quality Indicators: including protein content, total mineral content (TM), mineral element contents (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, manganese), and contents of total non-structural carbohydrates (TNC), starch, sucrose, fructose, glucose, raffinose, etc. Biomass and Yield Data: aboveground biomass and grain yield. Transcriptomics Data: differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis results.

Stoichiometric Ratio Data: changes in the ratios of protein to TNC and of various mineral elements to TNC. The data are formatted as an Excel file containing four worksheets: "Photosynthetic Parameters," "Quality Indicators," "Biomass and Yield," and "Stoichiometric Ratios." The dataset covers three rice varieties, four treatment combinations, and multiple growth stages, with high spatiotemporal coverage and biological replicates.
