Dieser Datensatz zeigt die Anzahl der Ärzte im Kanton Schwyz nach Sektor.
Description
Praxissektor: Zum Praxissektor gehören «Konsultations- und Behandlungstätigkeiten von Ärztinnen und Ärzten in Einzel- oder Gruppenpraxen. Die Patientinnen und Patienten werden in der Regel ambulant oder zu Hause behandelt (Hausbesuche).
Inbegriffen sind auch Konsultationstätigkeiten von Privatärztinnen und -ärzten, welche Krankenhäusern angeschlossen sind, sowie Tätigkeiten in Kliniken, Unternehmen, Schulen, Altersheimen, Gewerkschaften und Wohltätigkeitsvereinen.» (Quelle: BFS) Dies gilt zum Beispiel für Praxisärztinnen und -ärzte. Spitalsektor: Zum Spitalsektor zählen «ärztliche Behandlungen, Diagnosen, Pflege, chirurgische Eingriffe, Analysen, Notfalldienst sowie Tätigkeit in der Aus-, Weiter- und Fortbildung usw. in Krankenhäusern.

Zum Spitalsektor gehören auch Wohnheime mit einer so zialen Betreuung rund um die Uhr von Kindern, Betagten und Personengruppen, die auf fremde Hilfe angewiesen sind.» Anderer Sektor: Zum anderen Sektor gehören die Tätigkeiten jener Ärztinnen und Ärzte, die weder zum Praxis- noch zum Spitalsektor gehören, zum Beispiel im Rahmen einer Anstellung bei Versicherungen, in der öffentlichen Verwaltung (eidgenössisch/kantonal) oder in der Industrie.
Es gilt derjenige Kanton, in welchem die Ärztin, der Arzt die Hauptberufstätigkeit ausübt. Wenn keine Angaben vorhanden sind, gilt der Kanton der Kontaktadresse.
