Experiment Tank Conditions during a thermal stress experiment using reef building corals collected in Kāne'ohe Bay, O'ahu, Hawai'i.

Listed in MBLWHOI Library Dataverse

Dataset: Thermal Stress Experiment: Experimental Tank Conditions Experimental tank conditions through the four day acclimation period and five week thermal stress experiment.

Description

Temperature in each tank was logged every 10 minutes as well as discrete measurements of temperature, pH, salinity, and conductivity made twice daily. Flow rates of each tank were measured once a day, and light (PAR) was measured once daily in the morning.

For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'. The most current version of this dataset is available at: bco-dmo.org/dataset/886196 NSF Division of Ocean Sciences (NSF OCE) OCE-1756623
