This dataset includes four Excel files containing raw and processed spectroscopic data used to generate Figures 2 and 3 in the referenced manuscript.
Description
The data were collected using FT-IR and AFM-IR techniques and processed to obtain second derivative spectra and integrated band intensities for key protein-related regions.
