Geomorphology of “Saladas de Sástago-Bujaraloz” RAMSAR wetlands, NE Spain

The area is included in the Natura 2000 network, and 26 of these wetlands have been designated as RAMSAR Sites of International Importance since 2011. This protected wetland complex has been affected by the agricultural pressure (land division, farming, irrigation), which has led to the degradation of several wetlands.

The data presented here belong to the research project by the grant PID2021-127170OB-I00 funded by 738 MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by “ERDF A way of making Europe”, and is a contribution to Andalusian Research Group P.A.I. RNM-328 and the project PIE202640E020. The reproduced USAF-B flight photography belongs to the Spanish Air Force Cartographic and Photographic Centre (CECAF). The compressed folder “Geomorphology_Sastago-Bujaraloz.zip” includes two vector datasets, i.e. the shape of polygons “2026_carto_bu_polygon” and the shape of polylines “2026_carto_bu_line”.
