Description
I started this file from the following file: gpolyuc.sys, which I created on 15 Oct 2020 OLD File name = GPDs, UC, MC, LP, DB, 28 Sept 2020 ---but I have used only SOME of the data from this old file I assume that I checked the SYSTAT file 2X for PEFO data upon creation OLD File name = GPDs, UC, MC, all 3 cols, 02 July 2022 ---but I have used only SOME of the data from that old file This file contains data from ALL THREE study colonies: PEFO, RMC, and VCC Data from RMC and VCC have been checked ONE TIME ONLY, but carefully PEFO = Petrified Forest National Forests; RMC = Redondo Meadow Colony of Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP), and VCC = Visitor Center Colony of VCNP For 2018, I have data from TWO GPDs marked 92 (323).
Two GPD fems here, I think, I think, but I have assigned same eartag to both. I use 92#1 and 92#2 for these two females. Notice that both 92#1 and 92#2 both copulated with a single female, and that neither 92#1 nor 92#2 weaned a litter.

I will retain data from both females for certain statistical analyses. UC = Underground consortship, including information from Critical Underground Consortships (CUCs) Mean duration of each UC per female is in MINUTES. Cumulative time for all UCs is summation of all UC times, including CUC times.
These data used for Figures 15.5, 15.6, and 15.11 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 12 March 2025. I consider data from the same female in different years to be independent.
For PEFO, GPD Fem ID is JLH designation of females by year, with no information on eartags or Nyanzol marker. For RMC and VCC, Female ID is for Nyanzol marker. With no information on eartags. .
