Raw data from high-throughput sequencing of bacteria in intercropping of different proportions of legumes in the Qinghai Lake area of Qinghai Province

Four intercropping ratios were set up: sole cultivation of broad beans (F), sole cultivation of oat (O), and intercropping with a ratio of 1:1 (FO), 2:1 (F2O), 2:2 (F2O2), and 1:2 (FO2) of broad fava beans and oat. Through measuring agronomic traits, root morphology and soil physical and chemical indicators, and combining with 16S rRNA amplification sequencing to analyze the rhizosphere bacterial community, the coordinated response characteristics of the aboveground and underground parts of crops under different ratios were explored.
