Replication data for Fig 15.10, BTPDs, Durations of CUCs and CACs, 16 May 2026

I created this file from SYSTAT file = Coptimes.sys, which I created on 29 Sept 1988 I assume that I created the SYSTAT file TWO TIMES at creation, because I used it for my first book (Hoogland 1995) Note well: This file INCLUDES THE 4 CACS = Critical ABOVEGROUND BTPD COPS (FR in 1978, R60 in 1980, R51 in 1981, and WA3 in 1983) Year = 78 = 1978, 81 = 1981, 88 = 1988, and so forth. UC = Underground Consortship CUC = Critical Underground Consortship, when insemination probably occurred CAC = Critical Aboveground Consortship, when insemination probably occurred These data used for Figure 15.10 in Hoogland 2026.

This file ready for longterm storage on 15 March 2025. Each line contains information from one prairie dog per year. I consider data from the same female in different years to be independent.
