The raw RNA-sequencing data pertaining to the SK-HEP-1 cell line

SK-Hep-1 liver cancer cells were categorized into distinct treatment groups as follows: 1.Control Group, Cells were untreated and served as the baseline for comparison. 2.MC-Treated Group, Cells were exposed to MC 3.RACK1 Overexpression Group, Cells were genetically modified to overexpress RACK1. 4.RACK1 Overexpression + MC Group, This group combined RACK1 overexpression with MC treatment.Total RNA was isolated using the Trizol Reagent(Invitrogen Life Technologies),after the total RNA was qualified and quantified. 500 ng of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.

And RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using HieffNGS® mRNA Isolation Master Kit (YeasenCat#12603). We employed the DNBSEQ-T7 as the instrumental model for our study.The raw dataset is stratified into four distinct groups, each comprising three subfolders representing triplicate replicates, totaling twelve subfolders. These are sequentially denoted as sk_hep_1_PCDH_MC_1, sk_hep_1_PCDH_MC_2, sk_hep_1_PCDH_MC_3, sk_hep_1_PCDH0_1, sk_hep_1_PCDH0_2, sk_hep_1_PCDH0_3, sk_hep_1_RACK1_MC_1, sk_hep_1_RACK1_MC_2, sk_hep_1_RACK1_MC_3, sk_hep_1_RACK10_1, sk_hep_1_RACK10_2, sk_hep_1_RACK10_3.
