Description
Do they achieve more than improved engagement? Is improved engagement enough?
Despite the somewhat hyperbolic claims made in past 2-3 years about AI-assisted avatars being the next great thing in medical education, our past experience with VR, virtual worlds and avatar use in virtual patients leaves us skeptical of these claims
