In a written follow-up interview the following was determined: participation in the last internal trade union election; political interest and political activities during the time of the election campaign; most important controversy during the last election campaign; behavior at the polls in various trade union elections and political elections. Indices: political participation; political interest; social relation with colleagues; conservatism; conformity with trade union norms; political atmosphere in trade union; participation in meetings; ideological orientation; circle of friends.
