GPP, LAI, and climate data for the Qinling-Daba Mountains (2003–2020)

This dataset covers the Qinling-Daba Mountains (30°43′—35°29′ N, 102°21′—113°40′ E) over the period 2003–2020, and includes seven variables for spring, summer, and autumn: gross primary productivity (GPP), leaf area index (LAI), precipitation, mean temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, and vapor pressure deficit (VPD), all with a unified spatial resolution of 1 km.

GPP and LAI data were derived from the MOD17A2H.061 and MOD15A2H.061 products distributed by NASA LP DAAC (original resolution: 500 m, 8-day composite), which were processed using the maximum value compositing method to generate monthly data, then averaged by season, and resampled to 1 km via bilinear interpolation. Meteorological data (precipitation and temperature) and VPD data were obtained from the National Tibetan Plateau Data Center (original resolution: 1 km, monthly) and processed by seasonal averaging.
