Spatio‑temporal Transcriptome Study of Soybean Nodules, Institute of Crop Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Using 15‑day/3‑week‑old soybean nodule materials, tissue sections were sequenced at 500 nm resolution. Analyses including data quality control, genome alignment, gene‑expression quantification, cell clustering, marker‑gene identification and Monocle3‑based pseudotime reconstruction were conducted to decipher the spatial distribution of distinct cell populations and cell‑development trajectories within nodules.

The project delivered comprehensive outputs such as raw sequencing reads, gene‑expression matrices, clustering and trajectory plots, together with the StereoMap visualization toolkit. It provides spatial‑transcriptomic data resources for investigating the symbiotic nitrogen‑fixation mechanism of soybean nodules.
