NSF/NCAR C-130 DRI CCN and CN Data (Horizontal legs - Cloud Free)

Cloud Condensation Nuclei (CCN) and Condensation Nuclei (CN) measurements obtained by the Desert Research Institute (DRI - Hudson) from the NCAR C-130 during ACE-1.
Description
Concentrations are per cubic centimeter normalized to sea-level pressure. The data presented here are ambient, unprocessed measurements.
All other measurements that were obtained during the project have been removed from these files. These data were obtained during approximately horizontal flight legs when the aircraft was outside of clouds. A companion dataset is available that contains in-cloud and cloud free data.
