Future PIVOT Direction for AI

While autonomous AI ecosystems require a <b>Shared Blackboard Architecture</b> for real-time synchronization, granting decision-making authority creates fatal risks, including the <b>alignment problem</b> and the <b>loss of human sovereignty and accountability</b>. Thus, AI must be specialized as a <b>super-advanced metacognitive tool</b> that offers high-level insights while keeping humans in final control (<b>Human-in-the-loop</b>).

This strategic shift prevents <b>runaway AI risks</b> while upholding <b>human dignity and sovereignty</b>.</p><p dir="ltr">本稿は、AIの発展方向性を「自律」の抑制と「メタ認知」の拡張へと<b>転換</b>することを提言する。<b>自律型</b><b>AI</b>群の維持には共通掲示板（Shared Blackboard Architecture）による<b>即時同調</b>が不可欠だが、意思決定権を持つ<b>自律ネットワーク</b>の構築はアライメント問題<b>や</b>主権と責任の喪失<b>という致命的リスク</b>を引き起こす。したがって人類は、意思決定を人間に委ねる<b>Human-in-the-loop</b>を前提に、地球規模の事象を高度に<b>俯瞰・分析</b>する超高度なメタ認知ツールの開発へ<b>特化</b>すべきである。これにより<b>AI</b><b>の暴走</b>を防ぎ、<b>人間の尊厳と主権</b>を堅持できる。</p>
