Replication Data for: Fig 20.9, BGUW, Offspring sired by first, second, and later copulating males, 15 July 2026

This figure includes litters/juveniles for which I observed only 1 copulating male, litters for which I observed only 2 copulating males, and so forth I have EXCLUDED litters for which I did not see >=1 copulating male BTPD data from this figure inferred from Figure 13.5 of Hoogland 1995 (my first book), text on page 293 of Hoogland 1995, and other calculations. GPD data are from RMC or VCC, from which I had information on microsatellites (microsats).

NO GPD information in this figure from PEFO, from which I had NO information on microsatellites (microsats). GPD Redondo Meadow Colony (RMC, studied in 2013 through 2016) was at Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP). GPD Visitor Center Colony (VCC, studied in 2017 and 2018) was also at VCNP.

GPD colony at Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO) was studied from 1989 through 1995. BTPD data are from single Rankin Ridge Colony at Wind Cave National Park UPD data are from single Horse Corral Colony at Bryce Canyon National Park WTPD data are from single study-colony at Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge near Walden, Colorado GPD data are from the following two study-colonies at Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP): Redondo Meadow Colony (RMC) and Visitor Center Colony (VCC), because I had information from both of these colonies from microsats = microsatellites NO GPD data from the Petrified Forest National Park Colony, for which I had no information from this colony from microsats.
