Replication Data for: Fig 20.2, UPDs, Males, LRS for sexual partners, 11 July 2026

I enter missing data (".") for R09-04 for both 2000 and 2001, because we probably missed a cop. But I enter zeros for LRS for weanlings and LRS for yearlings for R09-04, because microsatellites = microsats should have identified weanlings for him if he sired any. Male-R09-04 disappeared in April 2001.

But R09-04 is not included in any statistical analyses that include only information for UPD males for which we observed >=1 cop This file has now been checked TWO TIMES on 03-05 Jan 2022

This file does NOT include INFERRED COPS in estimates of LRS cops. The histograms of ARS for cops for ALL FOUR SPECIES also does NOT include inferred cops. I only used data from cops actually observed.

Another OLD File name, UPDs, Male LRS for all, with NO INFERRED COPS, 14 Jan 2022 I DELETE information on inferred cops on 13 Jan 2022. I have verified that I included all deletions. This file has been checked one last time on 14 Jan 2022.
