A Qualitative study of Family Impact on Gifted Underachievers

To develop students\' potentialities and help them succeed are important educational goals.If gifted students\' abilities are not fulfilled, their performance is lower than expected , they become underachievers.
Description
Not only will this decrease students\' self- realization , increase their frustration , but also harm the development of a society and country. Using qualitative methods , the purpose of this study was to investigate gifted underachievers\' family impact including the characteristics of value systems , family relationships , parenting styles and their impact on gifted underachievers.
