Description
(A) HUVECs were stimulated with different concentrations of the Tie2 agonist PMC-403 for 24 hours. The Angpt-2 concentrations in the supernatant were measured by ELISA.
Each group consisted of n=3. Data was analyzed by One-Way ANOVA with according post-hoc tests. (B) Additionally, Angpt-2 transcription was measured by qPCR after stimulation of HUVECs with PMC-403 (n=2) or control (n=3) for 8 hours and analyzed using an unpaired t-test.

(C) HUVECs were incubated with 10 µg/ml PMC-403 for 1 hour and then stimulated with LPS. TER was measured by ECIS over time. Each group consisted of n=4.
A linear mixed-effects model was used to analyze group and time differences. Results are shown as dot plots with mean ± SD. P-values < 0.05 are considered significant.
