Luas Forecasting API

The LUAS uses an Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS) to locate trams. The Forecasting system uses these updates to predict arrival times at platforms on the lines.

The PID (Public Information Display) Information can be accessed for a specified stop via the API also. The example below retrieves the PID information for Ranelagh (stop=ran) . A full list of abbreviations for all stops is contained in the Luas Stops data set, also published here by TII.
