Dataset of I-V and I-S measurements enabling the development of a novel Photovoltaic-Arrow-Chart for detecting the cause of degradation of solar cells

Systematic analysis of this dataset reveals the characteristic responses of solar cells to specific degradation treatments. This led to a development of a novel Photovoltaic-Arrow-Chart that can be used to detect the cause of different degradations using the I-V measurement, providing a simple and powerful tool in studying the stability and failure mechanisms of solar cells - an important topic of solar cell research.

In addition, the dataset also contains the data of the photovoltaic ratios (new definitions proposed in this work), which were calculated using this dataset and played a crucial role in successful development of the Photovoltaic-Arrow-Chart. It is anticipated that these photovoltaic ratios can have wide applications in evaluation of solar cell performance and characteristics.</p>
